  Special mention to Johnny your ball driller. Came down and on the same day he made the thumb hole bigger and replaced a lifter for a bigger one all within 30 mins sizing me up and all. Great guy! Much appreciated mate hooks and bowls perfect!

  This place was great. Took the kids bowling. Got free face painting. Shout out to Dani and Alastair. Both so lovely to deal with. We will be back here.

  The venue was great for bowling. However I didn't appreciate the girl at the counter commenting on whether my 3 year old was capable of playing a game because she looked like she was just going to run away. Umm she is 3 and you don't know my child. I thought that was rude and uncalled for.

  Broken arcade machines was a let down. Bowling was fun, nothing that hasn't been done before over the years.

  Wouldn't bother booking a session online as its a waste of time! Booked and paid for a session for laser skirmish for the kids online at 1140hrs, arrived and they let a queue in and stopped our kids saying 'sorry we don't have enough room until the next session'. Despite stating we had booked for this session they shrugged their shoulders and closed the entry door! Upon asking the parents of the other kids I found out they had just turned up and hadn't booked! The kids eventually had a great time however it makes you wonder why try to do things correctly? Clearly the response from the staff suggested they didn't give a damn. One start for professionalism, courtesy and customer service and 1 star for the kids enjoyment!
