  In particular this store has SHOCKING counter staff that have an obnoxious, you're wasting their time attitude and that if you try and make conversation with them that you're beneath their small talk.

  We were right away greated by Neil who helped us decide on the best option, gave us an amazing price. If that wasn't enough he and his cowork (who's name I can not remember) were super helpful to figure out how to get the TV into our car safely. They were friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and in addition funny. Made our experience fantastic and painless.

  Manager extremely helpful within the boundaries of the store limitations regarding a refund / store credit. Knowing the individuals aren't responsible for store rules, he was great sorting out the return of a laptop, but still awaiting the decision of store credit or refund. Side note: Lenovo - not a good purchase!

  Picking up a new movie? Better hope it's in stock and on the shelf because if you have to ask for a stock check, a) you'll be waiting a while, b) they'll give you the impression that you're a hasdle.

  The store is just below average on a good day. The stock is reasonable, but I think you should only go to a JB Hi-fi when you know EXACTLY what you want. They're effectively box movers NOT product experts.
