  My wife had her car serviced there 2 weeks ago, was told all Disc Rotors and Brake Pads required replacing (just under $1000 quoted) she told them not to go ahead as she would check with her husband who is a retired truck workshop service manager. The service adviser baulked and replied Oh!! OK. I booked the car into the Authorised Dealer for an inspection and report, NO BRAKE WORK REQUIRED just a proper cleaning was required which should have been done by K-MART Loganholme when servicing. It's a bad policy to rip customers off to boost your workshops earnings goodbye won't see us again.

  Take my car in for a routine service. Mysteriously all my shock absorbers are in a worse state and my central locking is now playing up.. then pressure you to pay up and fix these mysterious new problems.. Probably an excuse to extort money from you? Create new problems?

  Just called these people to book in an appointment for my Nissan navara d22 to adjust my frozen steering stop bolts when I was rudly interupt and talked to in an unprofessional condescending manner so I ended the call and hung up. Will not do business with that kind of person. Learn to have good phone manner with customers and cheer up buttercup!

  Old guy full of attitude took our details and said 'come over first thing on Monday', and that they were 'all free to look at our car.' Asked what time 'first thing' was, he just repeated 'first thing'. Had the common sense to call up 'first thing' on Monday to confirm, only to hear that they were 'fully booked'. If you're going to give customers attitude, you better be sure you've got your damn affairs in order first. Never again - completely incompetent - can't even get appointments right.

  First time I have used Kmart Tyre and Auto service Loganholme. Could go shopping while car was serviced. Tim was very helpful went out of his way to help me. Daniel was also very good. Will take my car back for future services .
