  Well where do I start. Firstly I was greeted in a very upfront rude tone. Then after I had asked to purchase a ticket for a m15+ movie I was asked to produce an ID. Firstly I am 21 years of age and quite honestly do not look near the age of 15 or below. What would happen if I didn't have my ID??lastly, I purchased what I thought to be two movie tickets, later to find out I had just paid $16.50 for a standard movie ticket almost double what I pay at reading cinemas, so I requested a refund. Here's to say I will never be comming to the hyperdome to watch a movie ever again, What a rip off!!!!!!

  Well i would rather not rate this cinema at all it was so disgusting from the popcorn to the rooms themselves not to mention how bloody long it takes just to see the damn movie. We have gone to habour town cinema and OMFG way better always fresh popcorn the seats at habour town were so much comfy very roomy u dont feel like ir sitting on the person next u lap... if it werent for my son really wanting to see this movie and being so close to home we would not have gone to this cinema AT ALL i am.not happy with soending so much money for a disgusting performance. They take soooo long to "clean" the cinema room but yet its always VERY untidy so sorry event but u have lost some costumers for ur poor excise if a cinema :(

  We come to these cinemas every week sometimes twice and for the life of me I don't understand the reasoning behind buying your tickets at the candy bar. I know you are trying to get people to buy products from your candy bar BUT please you have a ticket box USE IT. Twenty minutes to line up a the candy bar to buy tickets only. Give me a better reason to not go to Victoria Point Cinemas, cheaper prices, more movies to see, better service...... Start considering your customers and use your facility better.
