    When attempting to return an item, which was clearly defective & not fit for purpose under the Australian Consumer Laws, I was told to F off and call a lawyer.

    Often go in with a question and I get put on a phone. I can use a phone myself I came in to talk face to face with a person.

    I have recently purchased a new handset and plan from this Optus store. There were some issues with the hardware, only through some excellent work by the staff (Leiaha) that the problem was resolved quickly, highly recommended.

    never answer phones took my phone to get fixed only to be told to take down to phone doctors ummmm like why should i when i signed up with optus.. poor customer service i rang whislt in the door to see how long it w take them
